My Autumn wreath:

I love my wreath! It was so easy and fast to make. I got all the supplies at the dollar store and spend about $7 total. It took about 2 hours to complete. The tutorial is on U-create blog if you'd like to make one yourself. Amanda came over and we made them together. I love it! I just wish I had a front door to display it on...

New and Improved nursing cover:

I simply added the teal border to make the cover big enough to cover me! Sarah made the original cover for me. It was great until I washed it and it shrunk... When Francisco saw my addition, he said it looked like I was a pioneer woman nursing because of the color... silly man.
Luke's new car mat:

I made it at a super Saturday in Amanda's ward. I added personal details including landscaping on all the buildings, animals in the barn and pen, turning the church into a temple, making each house in the cul-de-sac unique, adding a see-saw to the play ground, adding lines to the streets, and naming the school "Provo Elementary". It was a lot of work. My hands were sore from cutting, but it turned out great!

I plan to give it to Luke either for Christmas or his 1st birthday. Right now, he was only interested in pulling off the pieces. He seemed to like it though! The mat is made entirely from felt and glued together (no sewing involved)
Mr. Mischief: (I can't post a post without giving a few pictures of Luke for my Ma!)

Playing in his "toy bucket". (Yes I did put him in there)

I span him around and he loved it! :)

This is what Luke did yesterday while I was washing dishes! CRazY kid!

He was stuck, but I had to snap a few pictures before I came to the rescue. :)

The Fall wreath is beautiful! You did an awesome job. I wish I had one. I need to remember to get my Fall stuff out. Then my goal is to decorate for Christmas on Thanksgiving so I can enjoy it for an entire month and be ready for having book club at my house in December! Your car mat is adorable. You really went to a lot of extra effort. It paid off.
Is turquoise a pioneer color?
Thanks for the pictures of Luke. I am printing out the one of him in the bucket for my office photo frame and he will be the wallpaper of the day in his 'stuck in the cupboard' pose. Did he cry? What a cutie. I still see you as a baby when I look at him. Not exactly, of course, but the similarities take me back.
Thank you!!!!!
Ha ha! What a silly kid. He's so cute! :) I love that car mat. If I didn't have so many projects I was already working on, I might have to make one too! I hope you're doing well Emily! It's fun to check out your blog every now and then.
I love your wreath! I was just looking around at those today, and decided that I needed to make one! Does it smell like fall yet at your house? I think I will always think of you when I smell the leaves and the crisp air. lol. The car mat is so creative too! Good job! We bought Matthew one for his birthday this year and he loves it. Hope all is well.
No, Luke didn't cry when he got stuck-- just kinda yelled.. haha
and Amber, I Always think of you when fall starts! It's still too warm to smell like fall, but it's close!

Look at you go crafty queen. Love the wreath and the car mat is super cute! I love this age. You can let them play with it, then pack it up and give it to them next year :-)
